STORM OUTSCORE SKYHAWKS IN 2ND HALF 44-14 AFTER A 26-0 DEFICIT

Wenatchee WA - The Oregon High Desert Storm traveled to Wenatchee, Washington to take on the (5-1) Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks.  This AWFC match-up was the first stage of determining who will move onto the AWFC Championship game.  After a slow start by both teams, the Skyhawks struck first and then dominated the first half going into half-time 26-0.  

Coming out of half-time, the Storm scored back to back making it a game 26-12.  The Storm's determination to win chipped away at the scoreboard until they were able to take the lead late in the 4th Quarter.  The Storm takes the first of the 2 games  44-40 

Next game in Redmond Oregon June 24th.  Wenatchee has to beat the Storm by 5 points to move on.  If the Storm wins, they're In!!
