Tri-City Rush Sign former Cincinnati Bengal and Baylor Bear, Jay Finley

Kennewick, WA - The Tri-City Rush Professional Indoor Football Organization announced Tuesday 1/12/20 that it signed former Cincinnati Bengal and Baylor Bear running back Jay Finley to their Training Camp in April.

“Jay Finley is a burner! He is a guy with great vision and when he sees a hole he hits it. He had a great tryout performance and we are excited to get him into camp.” - General Manager Matthew Cooley

Finley who was drafted in the Seventh round by the Bengals will now be one of 40 players invited to Training Camp in April. From there the Rush will cut and chisel their way down to the 25 best players to make the final roster.
