Week 9 Matchup: Outlaws vs Rush (Non-League)

Pasco, WA - An opponent has finally been confirmed for the May 14th home game at the Hapo Center Arena. The Oregon Outlaws Football team will fill in for the now defunct Socal Redtails.

"It's never something you want to do mid season. We really wanted to give our fans another home game to attend and wanted to give them a worthy opponent to watch. I believe we accomplished both those things in signing the Oregon Outlaws to fill in for the game." - General Manager Danny Engel. 

The Oregon Outlaws are an established outdoor organization that has inquired about transitioning into the indoor game. After learning of the openings in the AWFC schedule the Outlaws saw themselves as the ideal replacement having already been positioning themselves to cross over. The Outlaws have been practicing, training, and preparing for an opportunity to fill in to prove they are ready for indoor football.
